Not only are these fine individuals putting on workshops but they will also be our Judges for the 2015 Scottsdale Parkour Freerunning Challenge

to twist and is one of the few really good twisters that can break down twisting into an easily understandable format. If you have never twisted before, or even flipped before he can start to lay the foundation down for you to start and to keep it.

  1. Kris: Looking for info about the “Open House” flyer we saw at SPF Open Gym last week. Where can we find details? Is it open to anyone interested in Parkour or just to people with experience?
